Potatoes not only serve as a base for a variety of dishes all year round, but can, if necessary, replace an entire first-aid kit. This healthy root vegetable can not only be fried, boiled, stewed and baked. In the summer it is cooked over a fire, and in the winter it is cooked in the oven! A classic vegetable can even be stuffed with, for example, cheese.
