Pizza was invented in Italy, but the popularity of this dish has long since overcome the borders of the Apennine Peninsula. It is cooked everywhere, and the leftovers of a wide variety of products are often used. This approach also has a right to exist. But in order for the pizza to turn out to be of really high quality, you need to carefully select the ingredients. One of the more interesting recipes is salami pizza.

- 500 g flour;
- 0.5 liters of milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 50 g yeast;
- 700 g margarine;
- 0.2 liters of water;
- 25 g sugar;
- salt to taste;
- 450 g salami;
- small onion;
- 100 g sweet pepper;
- 100 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g of cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
You can buy a pizza base at any hypermarket. However, if you want a really high-quality dish, make it yourself. To prepare the dough, add a pinch of sugar to the yeast and stir. Pour all this with a glass of warm water and put in a warm place for about a quarter of an hour. The yeast should be fine during this time. You can immediately take a large dish with the expectation that yeast will do first, and then the dough.
Step 2
Gently pour slightly warmed milk into a bowl with yeast, add salt to taste, the remaining sugar and 3 eggs. Finely chop the margarine with a knife and add there. Stir the ingredients to make a smooth paste, and then gradually add the flour.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Put it in a warm place for an hour.
Step 4
While the dough is coming up, prepare the filling. Cut the salami into slices, just like the tomatoes. The pizza will look prettier if you use small tomatoes. Cut the onion and pepper into rings.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a round or oval plate. Try to keep it thin and straight enough. Place it on a greased baking sheet with animal fat.
Step 6
Place the salami, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers on top of the base. You can arrange them as you like, it all depends on your imagination, but try to alternate the ingredients.
Step 7
Grate the cheese. Fill them with what lies on the plate of dough. The cheese layer can be thin, but the gaps between the slices should not be very large.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, place the baking sheet in there and bake the pizza until tender. If your plate is thin enough, the dough will be baked simultaneously with the appearance of the cheese crust. A quarter of an hour is usually sufficient.
