Fried mushroom salad. Drop vegetable oil into a frying pan, put on medium heat. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, the onion into half rings. First, send the onions to the pan. When the onion is translucent, add the mushrooms to it. Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. It is better not to cover with a lid, otherwise there will be a lot of excess liquid. While the onion and mushrooms are fried, divide the boiled chicken into thin fibers. Cut fresh cucumber into strips. Gently mix chicken, cucumber and mushrooms with onions, put in a salad bowl in a slide. Above "draw" a spiral with mayonnaise. You can serve.

Fresh mushroom salad. Rinse the champignons thoroughly with a brush under warm water. Cut them into thin slices. Cut the feta cheese (or any other salted cheese) into small cubes. Pour the tomato over with water, peel and cut into thin strips. Mix everything, season with olive oil. Sprinkle on top with herbs, for example, dill or cilantro. The greens should be finely chopped. Salting or not salting this salad depends on how salty the cheese you take.
