  • - 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • - salt to taste.

Step 1

First, take the prunes and rinse them thoroughly, then put them in a small cup and pour boiling water over them. Cover the prunes with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes. Then we drain the water, cool and finely chop.

Step 2

It is better to take chicken fillet fresh or thoroughly defrosted. Rinse the fillets well in cool water, place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, lightly salt and boil for 40 minutes. Take out and cool. Divide the finished fillet into small fibers, and carefully cut with a sharp knife. You should end up with very small pieces.

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add to the fried onions, mix thoroughly and fry for 15 minutes.
