Pakora, a batter-fried vegetable, is the most popular light snack in India. When a seller with a pakor cart appears at a railway station or a noisy intersection, a circle of lovers of this dish immediately forms around him.

It is necessary
- One banana;
- - 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- - 150 ml. milk;
- - Oil for frying;
- - Cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, salt and sugar (amount to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, ground cardamom, cinnamon to the flour and mix. Add milk and make a thick dough.

Step 2
Cut the banana and mix it evenly with the dough.

Step 3
Fry the banana pieces in the dough until golden brown in hot oil.

Step 4
Remove from the butter and let the pacoras cool slightly. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
