Step 1
First you need to prepare a dough. Dissolve a bag of fast-acting yeast in warm milk or water and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Cover the dish with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 20 minutes. As soon as the dough increases - it is ready, we proceed to kneading the dough.
Step 2
Add flour, egg, sugar, melted butter to the dish with the dough. The dough must be mixed thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour. Take more dishes for the dough, it will double in size.
Step 3
Grate lemon zest on a fine grater, add sugar or powder and grind until smooth. White foam should appear. The rest of the lemon can also be added by passing it through a meat grinder or chopping it with a blender. Taste, if too sour add more sugar.
Step 4
Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a 5 mm flat cake and place on a baking sheet. You can also use a frying pan. Place the filling on the dough, stepping back a centimeter from the edges. Make strips from the rest of the dough and place them with a net on the filling, attach the edges to the edges of the cake.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake the pie for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. A delicious delicate pie is ready, call your loved ones for tea!
