Pizza comes from Italy, and therefore a good cake for it will turn out if you use the method of the Italians themselves when preparing the dough. It is not difficult to do this, all products are available and, most likely, are always available in your home.

- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cane sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep bowl with wide sides and sift the flour into it (instead of a bowl, you can do this on a clean work surface). Add salt to the flour and stir.
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, leave it for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the infused yeast to the flour. Pour the remaining water there and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil (the oil will give elasticity to the dough and an unusual taste to the finished cake). Start kneading the dough. Use only your hands for this process, as the dough cooked in the food processor will be completely different. Knead the dough on the table until it becomes elastic. If it turns out to be too runny, add a little flour. Conversely, if it is too tight, pour in the liquid.
Step 4
Grease a deep bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. After this time, try the elasticity dough - it should not tear when stretched.
Step 5
For a thin pizza crust, divide the finished dough into two equal portions. Lovers of fluffy pizza can make just one crust out of this amount of dough. Knead the dough again for 5 minutes and leave in the bowl for another 15, covered with a damp towel.
Step 6
Roll out the dough. To do this, you can use a rolling pin, but Italians do everything by hand. Place the dough on a floured tabletop. Holding the center of the dough with your hand, pull it out to the sides to form a circle. Optionally, you can leave the side around the circumference.
Step 7
Before putting the pizza in the oven, brush a baking sheet with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with flour, and before putting the filling on the crust, brush it with a little olive oil. Thin pizza is baked for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
