  • - ketchup - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sausage - 2 slices;
  • - boiled rice - 3 tablespoons;
  • - milk - 2 tablespoons;
  • - egg - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Rice is boiled as follows. Pour the required amount into a saucepan and rinse in several waters. When not cloudy, but clear water will drain, you can finish with rinsing. Next, pour the rice so that the water level is two fingers higher than the rice itself, salt the water to taste.

Step 2

Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Cover the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes. The water should be absorbed into the rice. Check the readiness by either tasting the rice or simply breaking it.

Step 3

Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on fire. Cut the sausage into cubes, sauté them for 2 minutes, then add the boiled rice. Add 2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir.

Step 4

Season with salt, pepper if desired and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Saute for a minute and then transfer to a plate.

Step 5

Break the egg into a separate bowl, pour in the milk and shake well with a fork. Pour the prepared mixture into a preheated skillet and fry over low heat.

Step 6

When the bottom of the omelet becomes thick, and the top is still watery, put the prepared filling on half of the omelet.

Step 7

Gently cover the filling with the other half of the omelet and cook on each side for a couple more minutes. Place the finished omelet on a plate and serve, sprinkled with ketchup.
