Shurpa - this recipe came from the Far East. The first hot dish is prepared mainly from lamb, very rarely from poultry. Delicious, hearty and aromatic soup for the whole family.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of lamb or beef;
- - 2 medium tomatoes;
- - 2 bell peppers;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 6 potato tubers;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - 30 g of greens;
- - salt, spices - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare broth with salt and pepper, strain.
Step 2
Finely dice the peeled onion. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the carrots and bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and cut the tomatoes.
Step 3
Add fried onions and cooked vegetables to the meat. Then pour over the tomato paste. Pour strained broth on top, so that the components are covered. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Peel potatoes and chop coarsely. Put the stew with vegetables in a saucepan, add the potatoes. Pour all the broth. Season with spices. Cook until potatoes are cooked through.
Step 5
Finally add the grated garlic and chopped herbs. The present soup can be served at the table.
