A casserole is a fairly versatile dish. It is worth changing a couple of products in it and it will have a completely different taste. I suggest you prepare a casserole with a cheese crust.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 1 kg;
- - cod fillet - 600 g;
- - pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs;
- - parsley - a small bunch;
- - dill - a small bunch;
- - rosemary - 1 sprig;
- - medium tomatoes - 4 pcs;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - mustard - 2 tablespoons;
- - cream with a fat content of 35% - 250 ml;
- - Russian cheese - 400 g;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for about half an hour. Then peel and cut into 1 centimeter thick circles. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers in the same way as potatoes into circles, onions into half rings. Chop the greens, and disassemble the rosemary into leaves.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Then put the fish in it and boil for 4 minutes. After the cod is cooked, place it on a plate and disassemble it into small pieces.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the potatoes in the first layer, sprinkle with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oil. Then add the onion, then the cucumbers and cod pieces. Sprinkle greens on top.
Step 4
Pour cream and mustard into a bowl and beat thoroughly. Put the resulting mixture on the cod with vegetables.
Step 5
The cheese must be cut into slices and arranged so that the entire surface of the casserole is completely covered.
Step 6
Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Arrange tomato circles around the edge of the dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and garnish with rosemary. Send to bake for 15 minutes. The casserole under the cheese crust is ready!
