It is necessary

  • - 325 g of kidneys;
  • - 195 g of onions;
  • - 125 g of hard cheese;
  • - 65 g of dried white mushrooms;
  • - 135 ml sour cream;
  • - 45 ml of sunflower oil;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the buds properly, remove the film from them, then boil them in salted water for 35 minutes.

Step 2

Soak dried mushrooms for 1 hour in water or milk.

Step 3

Cut the finished buds into small pieces. Heat a skillet with sunflower oil and fry the kidneys in it until they change color.

Step 4

Peel the onions, wash and cut into thin rings, and then transfer them to the pan to the kidneys.

Step 5

Drain the water or milk from the mushrooms, cut them and add to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Continue to sauté over low heat for about 35 minutes.

Step 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Transfer the ready-made kidneys into special molds, add sour cream and grated cheese to them. Put the molds in the oven and bake at a temperature not exceeding 190 degrees for about 16 minutes.
