Sorrel soup always turns out to be aromatic, tasty, with a pleasant slight sourness. A multicooker is able to facilitate the process of preparing this first course. From a minimum of ingredients, you get a soup that you can feed the whole family to your fill! At the same time, you will not spend much time and effort. So it is worth taking note of this recipe if you are not going to mess around in the kitchen for a long time, creating a culinary masterpiece.
It is necessary
- - four liters of water;
- - two bunches of sorrel;
- - four potatoes;
- - three eggs;
- - spices and other flavors - are taken for an amateur.

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut into strips or cubes, put in the bowl of the multivar. Rinse the sorrel bunches, sort out, chop not very finely and send to the potatoes. Pour in the indicated amount of water, if desired, you can replace it with chicken broth if you want to make a more hearty soup. Even diced broth will do.
Step 2
Season to taste. Cook for about forty minutes (Soup mode). If you do not have such a regime, then cook for "Stew". In this case, increase the cooking time to one hour. You can add a couple of bay leaves (remember to remove them after cooking).

Boil hard-boiled eggs in advance, peel, chop coarsely enough, send to soup after a beep. Leave the dish in the multicooker for another half hour ("Heat" mode) to infuse. During this time, it will become more fragrant and rich! It's that easy to make soup in a slow cooker!
Step 4
Serve hot, garnish with herbs, sprinkle with hot peppers, or add minced garlic to each serving for flavor. Can be served with mayonnaise or sour cream - whichever you prefer.
