Not sure what to cook for dinner? After a working day, there is absolutely no energy to cook dinner for hours. Try stewed cabbage. It does not take long to prepare. The dish is excellent.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of pork;
- - 1 kg of cabbage;
- - 500 g of tomatoes;
- - 200 g of carrots;
- - 200 g onions;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare vegetables - wash and peel them. Finely chop the onion with a knife, and chop the carrots on a medium grater.
Step 2
Core the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Defrost the meat in advance if it was originally frozen. Then rinse it under running water and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Chop the cabbage with a special cabbage knife or a regular one. Fry the finely chopped onions in a skillet until light golden brown.
Step 4
Add carrots to the onion and fry a little more. Then put the meat in the pan and fry, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Place the cabbage in the skillet as soon as the meat has a light brown crust. Season with salt and pepper and stir well. Leave to simmer in a closed skillet over low heat for 40 minutes.
Step 6
As soon as the cabbage has become soft, the dish is almost ready and now you can throw the last ingredient into the pan. So, put the chopped tomatoes in a dish and leave to simmer for no more than 15 minutes.
