Baked turkey with spicy curd filling will amaze any fan of meat delicacies with its originality and unusual taste. This dish requires a minimum set of ingredients.

- - ground sweet paprika
- - 1 tbsp. l vinegar
- - 4 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
- - salt
- - 1 bunch of parsley
- - thyme
- - 1 head of onion
- - 4 tbsp. l. bread crumbs
- - 200 g of cottage cheese
- - 1 egg
- - 350 g of any broth
- - 150 g sour cream
- - mustard
- - 2 tsp starch
Instructions
Step 1
Make a mixture of vinegar, ground paprika, pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Cut the turkey brisket, unfold and brush with the prepared mixture.
Step 2
Chop the green onion finely. Combine it with cottage cheese, egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Put the resulting curd mixture on the turkey fillet and wrap in the form of a roll. The workpiece can be fastened with toothpicks or culinary thread.

Lightly fry the roll in rapeseed oil. Then place in a baking dish and pour over the broth liberally. You need to bake the turkey for one hour in the oven.
Step 5
From the juice that formed after stewing the roll, you can make a sauce for the turkey. To do this, add mustard, sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer until a homogeneous thick mass.

Cut the roll into equal portions and serve with a spicy sauce. You can decorate the dish with green peas, vegetables or herbs. Baked turkey goes well with almost any side dish.
