- For 4-6 servings:
- - 2 glasses of milk;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 6 large eggs;
- - 4 tablespoons Sahara;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a small saucepan. Add butter there and put on high heat. Bring to a boil, add sugar and salt.
Step 2
Pour all the flour into a saucepan and immediately start stirring quickly and actively until a homogeneous consistency (you can use a mixer). Then set aside from the stove to cool.
Step 3
Using a wooden spatula, stir in the eggs one at a time. The dough is ready. With a tablespoon, put it on a thick-walled frying pan hot with a little oil and bake on both sides until golden brown.
