It is necessary

  • - 2 chicken fillets;
  • - 100 g of couscous;
  • - 1 tbsp. chicken broth;
  • - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
  • - salt, ground pepper;
  • - half a lemon;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • - half a fresh hot pepper;
  • - parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour hot chicken broth over couscous and let it brew for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into small strips, add salt, pepper, cinnamon. Fry the chicken strips in olive oil. Fry for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 3

Wash hot peppers, remove seeds and chop finely.

Peel the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.

Add chopped hot peppers to the chicken. And fry for another minute.

Step 6

Add the zest, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of water to the chicken. Boil and let the water evaporate a little.

Wash greens, let dry, chop finely. Mix all the greens with the couscous.
