Tart is an open pie typical of French cuisine, which is made from a special shortcrust pastry. It can be either a main course or a dessert one. Honey Almond Tart is a dessert that can be served after lunch or dinner. It turns out to be incredibly tasty, almond flakes are an ideal decoration for a delicacy.
It is necessary
- - 140 g flour;
- - 120 g butter;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of sugar, cold water;
- - 1 teaspoon of amaretto, liquid honey.
- For filling:
- - 250 ml cream, 33% fat;
- - 180 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of almond flakes;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar with flour. Cut the butter into cubes, add to the flour, knead with your hands to crumble the dough.

Stir honey in water, add to dough, pour in amaretto liqueur. Better to take chestnut honey, it has an unusual taste with bitterness and an amazing aroma.

Knead the dough, roll into a ball, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After that, take out the dough, let it stand for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Spread the dough evenly over a round shape, put in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Bake the cake for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients of the filling, except for the almond flakes, heat the mixture over low heat, the mixture should boil. Remove from heat, add almonds (set aside for garnish). Cool, spread the filling over the base.
Step 7
Put the cake in the oven, cook for another 30 minutes, during this time the surface of the tart will take on the color of milk coffee. Cool, garnish with almond flakes.
