Use foil to make excellent baked pike perch. Fish meat will be nourishing, tender, well-saturated with spice aromas. As a side dish, you can use, for example, rice or boiled potatoes. Fresh herbs will complement the dish.

It is necessary

  • - pepper - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - mustard - 3 tsp;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • - onions - 1 pc;
  • - lemon - 1 piece;
  • - parsley - 4 pcs;
  • - pike perch - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the scales from the pike perch, cut off the fins, tail, head, remove the entrails, bones. Rinse the fish in water. Make transverse cuts on it and rub with pepper and salt. Leave the fish like this for 10 minutes to soak.

Step 2

Rinse the lemon and tomatoes in running water. Next, cut them into circles. Place a mug of lemon and tomato in each cut in the fish. Place the lemon with tomato and inside the fish.

Step 3

Place the pike perch on a sheet of foil. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a bowl, mix it with the mustard. Rub the fish with this lemon mixture.

Step 4

Cut the onion into half rings and place on top of the fish. Place the parsley sprigs on the onion. Wrap the zander tightly in foil. Leave no holes; try to wrap the fish completely in foil.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200oC, put the foil-wrapped pike perch inside and bake for half an hour. Do not overexpose the food inside the oven, otherwise it will burn.

Step 6

Remove the finished dish from the oven, keep it a little at room temperature. Then divide into portions and serve as an independent dish or together with boiled potatoes, rice, salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, parsley, and garlic.
