Sometimes you want to pamper your homemade cakes or pastries. But does a modern housewife always have time to whip cream according to grandmother's recipes? If you chronically do not have enough time, and you really want a cake, make a cream from condensed milk. It tastes as good as other creams, and you can make it in a few minutes.

- 200-250 g butter;
- some lemon juice;

- small bowl for butter;
- a large bowl for whipping cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator and place in a small bowl. Let it melt a little. If you are in a hurry, you can even heat it up on the stove for a few seconds, but in this case you need to make sure that it does not melt completely.
Step 2
Place the butter in a mixing bowl and divide a large piece into several smaller pieces, so it will be easier to beat. Set the mixer to the lowest setting and beat the butter until it is creamy.
Step 3
Pour in about 1/3 of the condensed milk and increase the whisking speed. Gradually add the rest of the milk and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth, without lumps or lumps.
Step 4
A cream made exclusively from butter and condensed milk seems too sweet to some. So add 1 tablespoon of lemon or other citrus juice and beat the cream for a few more seconds. You can experiment and add 1 cup of yogurt instead of juice.
