It is necessary

  • For three people:
  • - ciabatta bread - 1 pc;
  • - arugula - 70 g;
  • - freshly ground pepper - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon juice - 1.5 tsp;
  • - extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sprigs of rosemary - 1 pc;
  • - beef entrecote - 280 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the meat from the refrigerator and keep at room temperature for fifteen minutes.

Step 2
