  • - 230 g butter;
  • - marmalade;
  • - 165 ml of condensed milk;
  • - 20 g cocoa;
  • - 50 g lemon zest.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the sugar and eggs well with a mixer until a thick foam is obtained. Add soda, cinnamon, starch to the flour, mix, sift and carefully pour into the egg-sugar mixture.

Step 2

Then add sour cream there and previously dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water coffee. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put special baking paper on a baking sheet, pour the finished dough onto it and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 200 degrees.

Then take out and cut the resulting cake crosswise in half.

Melt the butter in a water bath, and then beat thoroughly with a mixer, top up, without stopping whipping, condensed milk into it.

Step 6

After a few minutes, you should get a fluffy cream, in which you also need to add lemon zest. Divide the cream into two parts. Add cocoa to one of them and beat it again, leave the other for decoration.

Step 7

Apply the cream in an even layer on one cake, put the second cake on top and also grease with cream. Then cut the glued cakes into small cakes, which must be decorated with the remaining cream and marmalade on top.
