Step 1
First you need to cook special sushi rice. It can be purchased ready-made in the sushi market or as a cereal in any store. Then season the cooked rice with either soy sauce or rice vinegar. Leave to cool.

Take nori seaweed and cut them into small strips. Wet it a little with water.

Make a mixture of crab sticks and fish fillets. They should be finely chopped and put into a separate bowl, after mixing. You can also use cheese as an ingredient to add flavor. But if you did not find it in the refrigerator, then the previously described elements for cooking will be enough.

Next, you should take a piece of rice and form an oval or other shape convenient for you, and then cover it with nori algae. Secure the ends gently by wetting them with water.

Place the filling of fish fillets and crab sticks with cheese on top of the formed rolls. Then start making a special sauce. To do this, take mayonnaise, soy and garlic sauce. You can also add hot ketchup. Combine all the ingredients and season your dish with the prepared sauce.
