You won't surprise anyone with a regular breakfast sandwich. Nevertheless, this type of morning meal is the most satisfying, quickest and most delicious. But even an ordinary sandwich can be turned into a real culinary masterpiece. To do this, you just need to use special ingredients.

It is necessary

  • - loaf baguette 1 pc.
  • - smoked trout fillet 250 g
  • - gelatin 6 g
  • - heavy cream 250 g
  • - lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • - ground black pepper
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Soak gelatin in cold boiled water until it swells. Then drain the excess water, and put the gelatin in a water bath.

Step 2

Cut the trout fillet into slices, pour over them with lemon juice and two tablespoons of cream. Grind all ingredients in puree. Add prepared gelatin, pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3

Whisk the remaining cream thoroughly, mix with the fish puree and refrigerate.

Step 4

Cut the loaf into medium-sized slices, spread each with pate. Decorate the sandwich with a thin slice of lemon or shrimp, and add a sprig of parsley or dill. Bon Appetit!
