The recipe for this dessert is quite simple, but having prepared it, you will definitely surprise your guests. They can please both those with a sweet tooth and those who are indifferent enough to sweets. Such a dessert will rightfully take its rightful place on the festive table.
Ingredients:
- Prunes with pits - 500 g;
- Peeled walnuts - 100 g;
- Sour cream, 25% fat - 1 pack (250 g);
- Condensed milk - 1/2 can.
Preparation:
- Pour prunes with seeds with cold water and leave for half an hour to swell a little. Then drain the water and dry the fruits.
- Cut the prunes lengthwise with a sharp knife, remove the seed from the berry. Stuff the prunes with a piece of walnut instead of the seeds. If you don't feel like messing around, you can simply chop up both prunes and walnuts. But, of course, stuffed prunes in dessert are much more interesting.
- Beat sour cream with a mixer or blender, gradually adding condensed milk. The mass should be strong and airy. If you don't want the dessert to be too sugary, condensed milk can be replaced with granulated sugar. When everything is ready, you can arrange a dessert.
- In a transparent bowl, on the bottom, put a little sour cream, literally a couple of tablespoons, to close the bottom. Then put the stuffed prunes on top, and pour sour cream on top. If prunes and walnuts are cut, lay them out in layers, First the prunes, then the walnuts and cover with cream.
- Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then you can serve it to the table. Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with chopped walnuts on top, put half a prune berry and garnish with a sprig of mint.
