Pancakes with filling, which is baked (or baked) directly in the process of frying each pancake, is an old traditional Russian way of cooking. Any product that is combined with the dough can be used as a bake. Apples, raisins, eggs, green onions, cheese, mushrooms are most often used for baking.

- - eggs (egg baked);
- - green onions (onion heat).

Step 1
Dough preparation
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Grind the yolks, mix with milk, sugar, salt and, without ceasing to stir, add flour. Beat the whites into a foam and then gently mix into the dough with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Preparing the burn
Peel apples from skin and seeds, grate on a coarse grater or chop thinly.
Soak raisins and dried fruits in hot water, cut dried fruits into small pieces.
Grate the cheese or cut into thin slices.
Lightly fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil along with finely chopped onions.
Hard boil the eggs, peel and chop finely.
Rinse green onions, dry and chop.

Baking pancakes with baked
There are three ways to bake the filling:
The first method (classic): pour one of the hot spots on a slightly oiled and heated frying pan, pour a portion of the dough on top, and then bake like ordinary pancakes on both sides.
The second method (alternative): pour the dough into a frying pan, and on top, slightly pressing down, spread the heat. Bake the pancake on both sides.
The third way (lazy): put the baked into the finished dough, stir and bake the pancakes.
