Pancakes, in my opinion, are the simplest treats that can be prepared quickly. There are a lot of variations of this dish. I offer you one of them - apple-baked pancakes.
It is necessary
- - apple - 2-3 pcs;
- - wheat flour - 1 glass;
- - milk - 1, 5 glasses;
- - egg - 2 pcs;
- - butter - 1, 5 tablespoons;
- - sugar - 0.5 tablespoon;
- - salt - 1 pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with salt and beat. Then add milk, sugar and butter to them, which should first be melted. Gradually pour flour into this mass, remembering to stir at the same time, so that lumps do not form. With proteins, do this: beat them until foamy, then add to the bulk. Mix everything thoroughly. The pancake dough is ready.
Step 2
With apples, you should do this: cut off the skin from them and remove the core. Cut the remaining pulp into thin slices.
Step 3
Preheat a skillet. You need to make pancakes like this: first, lay out the sliced apple slices and only then fill them with dough, not vice versa. Fry them on both sides for about 1.5 minutes each. The apple-baked pancakes are ready! They can be served to the table, for example, with jam.
