Pudding is considered a traditional English Christmas dish. You can find many varieties of this dish in stores, but they differ markedly from the original. Only a traditional recipe can reveal the true flavor of the pudding.

- - Mascarpone cheese - 250 g;

- - Passion fruit - 2 pcs;
- - Cream 20-25% - 4 tablespoons;
- - Blueberries - 200 g;
- - Granulated sugar - 8 tbsp.

Step 1
Take blueberries. If you can't find fresh one, you can use frozen one. Put it in a small saucepan, add sugar and cook for 10 minutes over high heat. After that, the container must be removed and cooled.
Step 2
Mix the remaining sugar with the cream and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add rum and mascarpone cheese without stopping whisking. Once you have a smooth paste, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the passionfruit in half and scoop out the pulp with a teaspoon. Break the cookies into small pieces.
Step 4
Place blueberry sauce, mascarpone cream and biscuit pieces in a clear glass, alternating layers. Decorate the top with passionfruit pulp and mint leaf.
