Homemade English pudding with blueberries, mascarpone and aromatic passionfruit sauce - what a delight! And most importantly, this delicacy is prepared in half an hour.
It is necessary
- - mascarpone - 250 grams;
- - blueberries - 200 grams;
- - Savoyardi cookies - 100 grams;
- - sugar - 8 tablespoons;
- - cream of 25% fat, light rum - 4 tablespoons each;
- - two passion fruit;
- - fresh mint.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the blueberries in a small saucepan, then add half of the sugar, cook for ten minutes over high heat. Remove from heat, cool.
Step 2
Whisk the cream and the remaining sugar separately, add the rum and mascarpone, continue whisking. Then put this mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3
Break a biscuit or cookie into small pieces. Cut the passionfruit in half and scrape out the pulp.
Step 4
Put the blueberry sauce in bowls or transparent glasses, then put the pieces of biscuit, mascarpone cream, alternate layers. Top with passionfruit pulp, garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy the resulting dessert!
