    • sugar 1-2 tablespoons;
    • raisins 0.5 cups;
    • butter 3 tablespoons;
    • peeled walnuts 0.5 cups.
    • For baked quince:
    • quince 2 pcs.;
    • vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.;
    • honey 2 tbsp. l.;
    • drain. oil 15 g;
    • peeled walnuts 0.5 cups.

Instructions

Step 1

Choose a quince to bake. It is best to take fruits that are large and soft to the touch. This quince will taste sweeter.

After choosing the fruits, start cooking. So, stuffed quince. Before preparing this dish, rinse the raisins in advance and soak them for 30 minutes. Then drain the water. At the same time, rinse the rice and boil it until tender. Cool the rice.

Chop the nuts and mix well with raisins, rice and sugar. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Then prepare the quince for stuffing. Cut off the top of the fruit, carefully cut the core with the seeds. After that, stuff the quince with the filling.

Grease a baking sheet with butter, put the quince on it and bake in the oven at a moderate temperature for at least 15 minutes, watch when ready. Roasting time depends on the type of quince and the size of the fruit. Stuffed quince with honey or jam is served.

The second recipe is baked quince. To prepare baked quince, the fruits must not only be thoroughly washed, but also skinned from them. Then cut the fruit in half, remove the core and seeds. Quince can be cut into slices or slices.
