Everyone, especially children, will like these chicken cutlets. This dish, thanks to its taste, migrated from festive to everyday. They can be cooked very quickly, it is better to use them with a sauce of herbs, garlic and sour cream, or with ketchup.
It is necessary
- - garlic - 1 clove;

- - flour - 3 tablespoons;
- - mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- - egg - 2 pcs;
- - chicken fillet - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. It should be a boneless, skinless breast. Toss eggs with flour and mayonnaise. Mix too thick dough with kefir or milk. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 2
To add a light specific flavor, add garlic pressed through a press. Mix the resulting dough with the chopped chicken pieces. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the skillet and make each patty into a flattened flatbread. Fry until browned on both sides under the lid. They can be served with a side dish hot or cold, as part of a sandwich.
