Italian-style cod is aromatic and spicy. This dish can be served both for a regular dinner and for a festive table.
It is necessary
- - cod fillet 2 pcs.;
- - zucchini 1 pc.;
- - garlic 2 cloves;
- - balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - lemon 0.5 pcs.;
- - basil 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish fillets under running water, pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut each fillet into 2 pieces lengthwise.
Step 2
Mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 minced garlic and juice of half a lemon. Pour the cooked marinade over the fish, season with salt, pepper and basil. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Brush a baking dish with olive oil, put the fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 4
Wash the zucchini, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into several long thin strips. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the zucchini on each side for 30-40 seconds. Salt and pepper, add chopped garlic.
Step 5
Place the zucchini around the edges of the plate on a plate, place the cod fillet slices in the center. Sprinkle the dish with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with grated parsley.
