A casserole made from millet groats and covered with cream is an unusual combination. The dish can be served for dessert.
It is necessary

- - milk 1 glass;
- - pear 1-2 pcs.;
- - raisins 200 g;
- - sugar 2 / 3 cups;
- - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - salt 0.5 teaspoon;
- - cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon;
- - butter 10 g;
- - bread crumbs;

- - vanilla sugar 5 g;
- - cream 33% 100 ml;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse millet, pour over boiling water, then rinse again. Place the millet in 2 cups of boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes until half cooked.
Step 2
In a separate saucepan, boil the milk, salt and 1/3 sugar. Put millet in milk and cook until tender. The millet should be soft and the milk should be completely absorbed.
Step 3
Wash, peel and cut the pears into small cubes. Simmer them with the remaining sugar and cinnamon until soft. The fruit should juice and the sugar should melt and taste caramelized.
Step 4
Pour the raisins with boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then dry.
Step 5
Transfer the finished cereal to a bowl and let it cool. Add eggs and stir. Add pear pieces, raisins, cinnamon and stir again. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture into the mold in an even layer.
Step 6
To pour, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Whisk the cream a little and add to the beaten eggs. Pour over the casserole. Bake at 200 degrees.
Step 7
Cut the cooked casserole into pieces and serve with sour cream, whipped cream or fruit syrup. Bon Appetit!
