A simple and quick recipe for making whole grain spaghetti with chickpeas, broccoli and garlic is perfect for those who are trying to eat healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle.
  It is necessary
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
 - - half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes;
 - - 300 gr. broccoli;
 - - olive oil;
 - - 200 gr. canned chickpeas;
 - - 120 gr. whole grain spaghetti;
 - - salt;
 - - soy sauce;
 - - lemon and grated cheese (optional).
 
Instructions
Step 1
Boil broccoli in salted water for 5-7 minutes. They should cook but remain crispy.
  Step 2
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. We leave a quarter of a glass of broth, pour the rest.
  Step 3
In a frying pan in a small amount of olive oil, fry chopped garlic with red pepper flakes for a minute.
  Step 4
Put broccoli and chickpeas in a frying pan. We mix.
  Step 5
Add spaghetti and water left after cooking to the pan. Fry over medium heat until the broth evaporates, pour in a little soy sauce and salt if necessary.
  Step 6
Sprinkle with olive oil before serving. Add a little lemon juice and your favorite grated cheese if desired.
