Delicious homemade treat that requires an electric waffle iron. In addition to the proposed cream, you can also use whipped cream or cream cheese.
It is necessary
- For horns:
- - 160 g of wheat flour;
- - 140 g of sugar;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
- For filling:
- - 300 g of condensed milk;
- - 180 g butter;
- - berry jam.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the butter in a saucepan or cup and melt over low heat or in the microwave. Stir in butter, granulated sugar, eggs and a bag of vanilla sugar, whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Sift the wheat flour and gradually add to the egg-sugar mixture, pour in the milk and knead the dough. It should turn out to be liquid and homogeneous. Leave it on for a couple of hours at room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat the waffle iron, brush the plates with a thin layer of vegetable oil using a cooking brush, pour out the dough, cover the waffle iron and bake the waffle until golden brown.
Step 4
Carefully remove the wafer, immediately roll into a cone. If the waffle gets cold, you won't be able to roll it up. Put some jam in the cooled cone, spread with a spoon. Fill the cornet with the cream and squeeze the filling into the cone. Refrigerate dessert before serving.
Step 5
For the cream, remove the condensed milk and butter from the refrigerator. When the butter has softened, beat until fluffy with a mixer. Add some of the condensed milk while whisking at the slowest speed of the mixer.
Step 6
Then add all the remaining condensed milk and continue whisking until you get a fluffy cream that is uniform in consistency. Put it in the refrigerator for a while, then take it out and fill the waffle cones.
