- - 500 g spinach
- - 4 eggs
- - 1 large carrot
- - 1 onion
- - 50 ml of milk
- - 1-2 tablespoons of butter
- - 4 tbsp. l. flour
- - 50 ml heavy cream
- - a few pinches of cardamom
- - vegetable oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the spinach in clean water, chop into large pieces and place in a blender, chop. Add eggs, milk, salt and flour to the spinach, beat everything thoroughly. Heat a frying pan and bake thin pancakes in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry, then cut into cubes. Pour oil into a preheated pan, put vegetables and fry until soft. Put the minced meat for the meat pie in a frying pan, salt and pepper everything, add spices. Simmer the meat pie filling for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to keep the meat from sticking together.
Step 3
Take a round baking dish, brush it with butter, put the pancake in it, then the filling, then the pancake, and so on, until the pancakes and filling run out. Pour cream over the last pancake.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, put the baking dish in it and bake the pie with meat and spinach for 15 minutes.

Remove the pie from the oven, cut into pieces, arrange on plates and serve. The spinach meat pie is ready.
