It is necessary
- For 20 pancakes:
- - 140 g of rice flour;
- - 60 g of starch (rice, potato);
- - 400 g of milk;
- - 4 tablespoons Sahara;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 100 g of melted butter;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For the sauce:
- - peeled, diced fruits;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g of water;
- - 7 tbsp. brown sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 4 tablespoons liquor.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour with starch in a separate container. Beat milk with sugar, eggs, butter and a pinch of salt. Pour in flour, knead the dough without lumps with a mixer.
Step 2
Bake in a well-heated frying pan, stirring the dough each time, as rice flour tends to settle to the bottom of the container.
Step 3
Mix butter with liqueur, water, sugar, cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the diced fruit and cook until the fruit is soft, about 15 minutes. Serve the pancakes with hot sauce.
