Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1.25 cups of water into a large saucepan, add butter, put on medium heat, bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add flour to boiling water with butter, mix well until smooth with a wooden spoon. Let the dough cool for 10 minutes. Then add chicken eggs one at a time, stirring after each.
Step 2
Fill a deep frying pan with sunflower oil halfway, heat to 180 degrees. It is easy to check the temperature - dip a cube of bread in butter, at 180 degrees it will turn brown in 30 seconds.
Step 3
Fill a nozzle syringe or bag with dough. Squeeze the dough from the bag directly into the hot oil, fry for about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the fried foods to paper napkins to drain off any fat.
Step 4
Pour the cinnamon and powdered sugar into a large bowl, stir, add the churros to this mixture, and roll.
Step 5
Now it's time to make the chocolate sauce. Place the sauce ingredients in a heatproof bowl, place in a water bath, cook until smooth, stirring occasionally. Transfer the churros to a serving plate and serve immediately with hot chocolate sauce.
