  • - onion 1 pc.;
  • - cherry liqueur 100 ml;
  • - butter 50 g;
  • - green lentils 2 cups;
  • - greens to taste;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pork, pat dry with a paper towel, then cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the pork until golden brown.

Step 2

Add butter, salt and pepper to the stewpan to the meat. Fry over low heat. Peel the onions and carrots and chop finely. Add vegetables to a saucepan, continue to sauté. Pour in the cherry liqueur, simmer the meat for 30-35 minutes.

Step 3

Pour 3 glasses of water over the lentils. Cook for 35-40 minutes. The lentils should be soft.
