It is necessary

  • - 6 medium apples;
  • - 2 and 1/3 st. flour;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;
  • - 5 chicken eggs;
  • - 8 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. icing sugar;
  • - 30 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare your apples. Wash them under running water, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the cuttings and cut the cores. Cut the fruit into medium slices and be sure to drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Combine eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar in one bowl. Turn them into an airy homogeneous mixture with a long whisk or mixer. Check that the crumbly sweet ingredient is completely dissolved without leaving any grains. If the mixture does not whip well, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or put it on ice.

Step 3

Add baking powder and vanilla sugar to the liquid batter base. Add flour in small portions of half a cup, stirring vigorously with a tablespoon to prevent lumps from forming. Whisk the whole mixture until the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 4

Transfer the apple slices to the dough and mix everything. Use a large wooden spoon or spatula. Be very gentle, moving from the bottom up to avoid crushing the fruit.

Step 5

Lubricate a baking dish with butter by pinching a piece of it on a fork or with a cooking brush. Pour the pie mixture into a bowl. Set the Bake setting and cook the dish covered for 65 minutes. Then switch the mode to "Heating" and leave the container closed in the multicooker for another 15 minutes.

Step 6

Turn off the timer and temperature, but do not open the lid immediately. Do this after 10 minutes, then remove the baking pan, cover it with a cutting board or tray, turn it over and lay out the cake. Be sure to bring potholders or kitchen towels folded several times to avoid scalding your hands.

Step 7

Sprinkle the charlotte with powdered sugar, sifting it over the baked goods through a fine sieve to create a nice even layer.
