Choux Easter is a delicacy that many will like. Cooking Easter is very simple, you just need to stock up on the right ingredients and go ahead - cook Easter custard!
It is necessary
- - fatty cottage cheese - 500 grams;
- - butter, sugar, multi-colored candied fruits - 100 grams each;
- - two egg yolks;
- - milk - 2, 5 glasses;
- - chopped walnuts - 2 tablespoons;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the curd through several layers of cheesecloth, rub through a sieve. Mash the yolks with sugar until white, add milk.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a metal bowl, put in a water bath, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Keep in the bath until the mass begins to thicken. Remove from heat, add butter, stir until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, nuts, chopped candied fruits.
Step 3
Enter the cottage cheese in a few doses, stirring each time. Transfer the mass to cheesecloth folded in two layers, lift the edges, tie them with a string to make a bag.
Step 4
Weigh the mass overnight, then put it in a pasochny (you can take another form), put the load on top, place it in a cold place for four hours. Remove the cheesecloth - the Easter custard is ready!
