Country-style potatoes are a hearty and delicious dish. Its advantage is that it is cooked with a minimum amount of fat and only with natural spices. On the table, such potatoes can serve as an excellent side dish for both fish and meat dishes.

Step 1
We take the required amount of potatoes. Mine, but not clean and cut into equal medium-sized slices.

Put the chopped potatoes in a saucepan and fill with hot water. After boiling, cook for another 5 minutes.

Drain the water and lightly dry the potatoes with a napkin. Put it in a bowl. This must be done very carefully so that the slices do not break.

In a large, wide plate, prepare a mixture of sunflower oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

We put the prepared slices into the prepared marinade and mix thoroughly so that each slice is thoroughly saturated with spices.

Then we spread the slices on a baking sheet, leaving a small distance between them and pour over the remaining oil.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and place the baking sheet for 25 minutes. Bake until bright golden brown.

We take it out of the oven and serve it to the table. It can be used as an independent dish, or, as mentioned above, as a side dish.
