Making three types of cookies from one dough is a great option for those who want to save money and time for preparing a delicious dessert.

- For 40-50 pieces:
- - 3 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 6 tablespoons of sour cream (30%);
- - 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda;
- For decoration:
- - 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes;
- 1/2 cup almonds
- - any red jam;

Step 1
The jam needs to be cooled a little. Prepare your almonds. Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave for one hour, then rinse with cold water and remove the brown husks. Divide each nut in half.

Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet and dry. The whole procedure with nuts is best done the day before baking. Prepare the dough.

Mash softened butter with sugar until white, add egg and sour cream. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed.

Mix flour with soda and add to the total mass. Knead quickly to a soft, homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into three equal parts, wrap each in a bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll one part of the dough into a sausage, roll it in coconut and cut into 1 cm thick circles.

Roll the second part of the dough into balls the size of a walnut and attach the almonds to the sides.

Roll the third part into a thin layer and cut out an even number of hearts. Cut out a heart in the center of half of the blanks. On whole hearts, apply a thin layer of jam, put hearts with a slot on top.
