  • 1/2 cup almonds

Instructions

Step 1

The jam needs to be cooled a little. Prepare your almonds. Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave for one hour, then rinse with cold water and remove the brown husks. Divide each nut in half.

Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet and dry. The whole procedure with nuts is best done the day before baking. Prepare the dough.

Mash softened butter with sugar until white, add egg and sour cream. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed.

Mix flour with soda and add to the total mass. Knead quickly to a soft, homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into three equal parts, wrap each in a bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
