Step 1

Remove the margarine from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Leave it at room temperature to soften slightly. Sift the flour into a sieve one or more times in advance and place it in a deep bowl in which you will prepare the cookie dough. After that, put the melted margarine there and mix it well with flour until you get a greasy crumble. Remember to keep the proportion. Mix exactly four hundred grams of margarine and four glasses of flour, this is very important.

Now take another container and mix eggs, sugar, starch, salt and baking soda in it. Beat it with a mixer for five to ten minutes. Then combine both parts and mix everything. Look if the dough turns out to be liquid, then add a few more teaspoons of flour to it. After that, be sure to put the dough in the refrigerator or freezer for twenty to thirty minutes.

Step 3

After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide it into five to six pieces. Then roll each part no more than three to four millimeters thick. After that, take the curly molds and use them to cut out the cookies. If you do not have such molds, use the service of a regular glass or glass with thin edges. Then your cookie will turn out to be round. Whisk the sugar with a few proteins in advance and brush it over the cookies. Sprinkle lightly with sugar or powdered sugar on top.

Brush a baking sheet with sunflower oil and place the biscuits on top of it. Now it is completely ready to go to the oven. Bake the cookies at one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius for ten to fifteen minutes. The cookies are very tasty, crumbly and just melt in your mouth.
