- - mayonnaise 2 tbsp;
- - fillet of anchovies 6 pcs;
- - lemon 1 pc;
- - garlic 1 tooth;
- - capers 1 tbsp
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the eggplants with toothpicks and place them on the oven rack. Bake the eggplant for 30-40 minutes. at 220 degrees, until they become soft. Then remove them from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Next, cut the eggplant in half and spoon the pulp into a plate with a spoon. Mash lightly with a fork. Add anchovies, mayonnaise, garlic and capers. Next, squeeze the lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3
Serve the caviar warm. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
