Tartlets always become a pleasant addition to tea drinking. They are very beautiful, and almost anything can be used as a filling. Consider the cream and fruit option.
It is necessary
- For tartlets:
- - 120 g butter;
- - 85 g icing sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 230 g cake flour.
- For filling:
- - 400 g of heavy whipping cream;
- - 60 g of icing sugar;
- - any fresh fruit or berries.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Beat butter and icing sugar with a mixer, add an egg. Lastly, drive in flour in two passes to make a homogeneous dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough about 2 mm thick and use a glass to cut out circles with a diameter of 7-7.5 cm.
Step 3
Turn the mini-muffin mold upside down and grease the cups with oil. Cover them with dough circles and shape them into tartlets.
Step 4
We bake the tartlets for 15-20 minutes until they become golden brown.
Step 5
Whip the cream with sugar, fill the tartlets with cream and lay out your favorite fruits or berries.
