  • - butter 20 g;
  • - tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - nutmeg;
  • - dried ground cloves;
  • - ground paprika;
  • - salt;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Peel and peel onions, carrots and potatoes, wash well and dry. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the carrots into thin slices, and the potatoes into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the beef slices in it until golden brown. While the meat is cooking, wash the mushrooms, peel them off the top film and cut them into thin slices. Then add the carrots and mushrooms to the stewpan to the meat, fry for 15 minutes, until the carrots are soft. Next, add the onion and continue cooking until tender.

Add all the cooked spices to a saucepan, pour 1 cup of boiling water and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Then add the potatoes, tomato paste, half a glass of water and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through. When the potatoes are ready, let the dish steep for at least 15 minutes, without opening the lids, and serve.
