Step 1
Mix egg yolks with cottage cheese and softened butter until smooth. Fill in flour, the dough should not be tight, so it is better to add a little less flour.

Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, then take it out, cut off a fourth part, roll it out not very thinly. Cut out the circles using a mold or glass.
Step 3
Beat the cooled proteins with a mixer, add sugar or powdered sugar. Pour in some citric acid, which will make the mass better beaten. This is the basis for the meringue.
Step 4
Put the meringue on the dough circles, sprinkle with almond petals on top.
