Step 1
Pour the cream over the bread and wait 10 minutes for them to be absorbed. Scroll the meat, onions, garlic and squeezed bread in a meat grinder with a large wire rack.

Beat an egg into the minced meat, salt and pepper, add chopped dill and mix well.

Pour almond petals into a flat saucer. Cut the chilled butter into 1 x 1 centimeter cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Take a tablespoon of minced meat with the top, mold a cake, put a piece of butter in the middle and form a cutlet. Dip it in the petals and place in the pan. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat so that the petals are well browned but not burnt. Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Garnish with herbs when serving. For a side dish, you can serve potatoes or a salad with fresh vegetables.
