"Olivier" is a traditional dish both on the everyday table and on the festive one. Of course, many people prefer this particular dish over other salads. But there are also those that are satiated with the standard salad flavor. Therefore, we offer a new recipe for your favorite food. For an unusual salad, you will need a completely standard set of products, with the exception of one - fish.
It is necessary
- • canned green peas - 1 can;
- • fish fillet (chum salmon or pink salmon) - 200 g;
- • eggs - 3 pcs.;
- • carrot - 1 pc.;
- • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- • onions - 2 pcs.;
- • mayonnaise;
- • Red pepper;
- • salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes, carrots and chicken eggs.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel boiled eggs and finely chop or grate.
Step 4
Cut the fish into cubes in the same way as vegetables. If the fish is too oily, wipe it off with a paper towel or napkin.
Step 5
Finely chop the washed peeled onions.
Step 6
Put chopped potatoes, carrots, eggs, fish, onions and green peas in a salad bowl. Season with spices: salt and red pepper. Season with mayonnaise. Stir all ingredients. You can decorate with greens.
