- - 400 g of sugar;
- - 340 g strawberries;
- - 230 ml of Greek yogurt;
- - 220 g of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1/3 cup milk;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 tsp vanillin;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt and soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with baking soda, salt, lemon zest. Leave 1/4 cup flour.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until airy for 3 minutes.

Add chicken eggs to the butter, whisking.
Step 4
Pour lemon juice, yogurt, milk into the egg-oil mixture, add flour with vanilla.

Rinse fresh strawberries, cut, mix with remaining flour, add mixture to dough.

Grease the mold with butter, pour the dough into it, put in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees.
Step 7
Bake the strawberry muffin on yogurt for 1 hour at the indicated temperature.

Let the finished cake cool completely in the form, then remove it, transfer it to a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
